About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Netball coach to lead our Premier League team and oversee the continued development of our Netball program. This casual role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive school sport environment and is committed to fostering both performance and participation.
The key responsibilities are to:
- Sole coach of the Premier League team and ability to assist with the Premier League Reserves team
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with season goals and performance standards
- Develop game strategies, prepare the team for matches and lead match-day coaching
- Support team selection and player development pathways in collaboration with the Sports Department
- Maintain accurate attendance records, provide match reports and contribute to program administration
About you:
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- A coaching accreditation (or working towards)
- Demonstrated experience coaching Netball at a high level
- Strong technical knowledge of competition rules and standards
- Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check, RRHAN-EC Fundamentals and Masterclass certification, and First Aid (HLTAID012) or willingness to obtain
